Employee Spotlight: Meet Maggie
Maggie Lewis has been promoted to Executive Assistant to the CEO and the Foreign Trade Zone Administrative Assistant at Workwell Industries. She holds an associate degree from Ivy Tech Community College and began her career at Workwell in January 2020. Maggie is proud to serve others through her work planning events, managing production data, and assisting CEO Phil Berry with various projects.
Personally, Maggie enjoys spending time with her children. Her organizational skills at work extend to a hobby at home, where she meticulously arranges her closet by color and teaches her children how to fold towels and washcloths to fit neatly in storage.
Maggie is inspired by her colleagues to find joy in the midst of storms. “Workwell can be many things for many people,” she said. “It can be a new beginning for someone with socioeconomic barriers, a resume-builder for new graduates to gain industry knowledge or a company that you join at a young age and don’t leave until you retire. For me, Workwell is all about helping people.”
